Crestar Shelties is located in Atlanta, GA. We have been active in shelties since 1992 and have competed in conformation, agility, and obedience. We breed approximately one AOAC litter (or less) per year. We are members in good standing of the American Shetland Sheepdog Association (ASSA) and the Shetland Sheepdog Club of Georgia.

Our puppies are raised in the home with lots of care and attention. When we have companion puppies available, they are usually ready to go around eight or nine weeks of age. We guarantee our puppies to be in good health at the time of sale and provide a written health guarantee. All companion puppies are sold on spay/neuter contracts and with limited registrations. We do not sell companion puppies for breeding purposes.

If you are interested in purchasing or adopting a sheltie, we encourage you to do your homework and take time making a decision. The American Kennel Club (AKC) and the ASSA have information about shelties, including breeder and rescue group referrals. We urge you to obtain a sheltie from either a reputable breeder or a rescue group, and not from a pet store or backyard breeder.

:: April 2008 ::

Jennifer is up to 7 points with one major. She was WB at three specialties in the Spring of 2008.

We can't wait to get her back out to the shows in the Fall of 2008.

:: February 2008 ::

At only her second show, Jennifer won a specialty major under judge Nan Bodine.

:: November 2007 ::

Kansisweet Crestar Phoenix , bred by Crestar and owned by Ellen Worthington (Aynsworth Shelties), finished his Championship.

He won three specialty majors along the way.

Thanks to Kathy Wilkins (Lochlyn Shelties) for sharing the pick of the Nemo x Neka litter with us. Crestar Lochlyn Dreamgirl "Jennifer" is a

stunning bi-black bitch with a beautiful face and exuberant temperament.

:: December 2006 ::

Neka was leased by Kathy Wilkins (Lochlyn Shelties) and whelped 7 beautiful puppies (6 bi-black females and 1 bi-blue male) on December 5.

They are sired by Kathy's bi-blue dog, Ch. Lochlyn Dream Catcher "Nemo".

:: November 2006 ::

Kandisweet Crestar Phoenix, bred by Crestar and owned by Ellen Worthington (Aynsworth Shelties), won a 4 point major under judge

Glenda Henson during the Alabama Specialty Cluster. He also received a major reserve under judge Carolyn Ing the same weekend.

:: April 2006 ::

Veronica "made the cut" in the 9-12 month AOAC Puppy Bitch class at the
ASSA National Specialty. This was only her second time in the ring, and she had a blast.
